When you join our Teacher Training, you will experience a “deep study of yoga practices, philosophy, and lifestyle.” 

Our Teacher Training is known for “cultivating adept yoga teachers” ® and promoting self-study & growth.

PRACTICE Requirements:

  • 2 classes/week at Yoga108 Studio - Yoga108 membership included for the duration of training

Schedule:

  • Saturdays & Sundays 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • Mondays 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. *ZOOM CLASS

  • There will be one Friday evening in the training for Orientation (June 16th 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.)

  • The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by Edwin Bryant

  • The Journey Home by Radhanath Swami

  • The Key Muscles of Yoga by Ray Long

  • FREE Yoga108 Membership for duration of training

  • Individualized membership

  • Yoga108 Training Manual
