Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, our 200-Hour Teacher Training Program offers an incredible space for personal development.

Through physical yoga practice, diving deeper into yoga philosophy, and spending time with our wonderful yoga community, 200-hour students are able to reach new levels, and also learn how to skillfully teach a full-length yoga class.
GENERAL SCHEDULE
TRAINING HOURS

Saturdays and Sundays from 12:30-4:30 pm (in the studio or online)

Thursday Night Kirtan - Biweekly 7:45-9 pm in the studio

Biweekly mentorship meetings.
This is a hybrid training- our goal is to create ease for students...without sacrificing any learning. So, we will have some weekends in-studio, as well as some all-virtual weekends.
