CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ALL LEVELS VINYASA

Whether you're relatively new or a seasoned practitioner, this well-rounded Vinyasa flow class will offer you variations so that you can have a great practice. 

75 minutes, Heated & Non-Heated 

LEVEL 2/3 VINYASA

It’s time to move and build some heat! A strong, faster-paced class designed to challenge those who already have a consistent practice. Advanced options offered, but are never mandatory. *Not for first time students.* 

75 minutes, Heated

LEVEL 1 VINYASA

Get out of your head and onto your mat! Level 1 is a beginner friendly vinyasa flow class that guides you at a slower pace, teaching you proper alignment, use of yoga props, movement concepts, and the names of poses. 

*For those completely new to a movement or workout practice, we recommend beginning with Yin or a private yoga session instead of Level 1.

75 minutes, Heated 

CHILL VINYASA

Wind down your week in this all levels vinyasa class that keeps it low key! You’ll be guided through a well-rounded vinyasa flow, with options to make poses more relaxing, and a yin pose or two at the end!

75 minutes, Non-Heated, $12 

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga geared towards deep stretching, with postures (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time (holds may range from 45 seconds to three minutes). This class is great anyone who wants to deeply relax!

60 minutes, Non-Heated 

YOGA SCULPT

Build strength, tone, and sweat in Yoga Sculpt! Yoga Sculpt blends yoga with weight training. In this class you’ll go through sun salutations, then a yoga flow incorporating weights, plus additional strengthening exercises using body weight, weights, and/or resistance bands. 

50 or 60 minutes, Heated & Non-Heated

HIIT & CIRCUIT TRAINING

An intense, non-yoga workout incorporating weights, bands, and calisthenics exercises. Designed to build strength, endurance, get your heart rate up, and make you FIT! A great compliment to the yoga practice.

50 minutes, Outdoors (courtyard)

GITA GROUP

In this class we dive into the central text of yoga- the Bhagavad Gita! If you’ve ever been curious about the philosophy behind yoga, the Gita explains it all. The Gita explores deep and challenging concepts such as dharma (purpose), the soul, the Divine, karma, and much more.

COMMUNITY KIRTAN

1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, join our wonderful Yoga108 community for kirtan (mantra meditation with instrumental accompaniment), yoga philosophy discussion, and vegan treats!

7:45pm each 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, FREE

COMMUNITY CLASS

Our $5 community class is a special offering! We created this class for teachers who have just graduated from their teacher training- to help them gain experience. This is an all levels class, but is great for beginner yogis.
