Get out of your head and onto your mat! This level 1 flow is a beginner friendly class. Teaching you all about alignment, names of poses, and guiding you at a gentle pace.
Whether you're relatively new or a seasoned practitioner, this Vinyasa flow class will offer variations so that you can have a great practice.

It's time to move and build some heat! A strong fast-paced class designed to challenge those who already have a consistent practice. Advanced options offered, but are never mandatory.

Courtyard HIIT (high intensity interval training) for All Levels.
Designed to help you release, relax, and to calm the nervous system, Yin is a slow-paced, beginner-friendly class with only 6-10 poses.
STRONG is a 60-minute yoga class utilizing 3lb and 5lb weights. Yoga with a hit of strength! Prepare to sweat.
